Cobbler’s acclaimed Private Whisky Dinner Series returns — and we’re launching the 2025 season with one of the greats: Redbreast Irish Whiskey.

Join us for an exclusive, one-night-only event where Cobbler will close its doors to the public and open its bar for an intimate evening of rare whisky, exceptional food, and immersive storytelling.

Hosted by whisky authority Nick Miles, this guided tasting will take guests through six Redbreast expressions, including the first-ever Queensland pour of the new Redbreast 18 — a truly special moment to be part of.

Each whisky will be expertly paired with a tailored dish created by Cobbler’s long-time Head Chef Evan White, who has been curating food for these events for six years.
