Whiskies on the night:

1. Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask – 40% ABV

A harmonious balance of American and European oak, delivering rich flavours of honey, citrus, and soft spice.

2. Macallan 15 Year Old Double Cask – 43% ABV

Matured longer in a perfect balance of oak casks, this expression showcases dried fruit, vanilla, and creamy toffee with a smooth, warming finish.

3. Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak – 43% ABV

An icon in the range. Full-bodied with dried fruit, spice, and chocolate orange from long maturation in seasoned sherry casks.

4. Macallan Rare Cask – 43% ABV

Crafted from the rarest sherry-seasoned oak casks in the Macallan estate. Lush and complex with notes of raisin, rich oak, and dark chocolate.

5. Macallan Edition No. 6 – 48.6% ABV

The final release in the Edition Series. A celebration of the River Spey and the Macallan Estate, bursting with fresh fruit, toffee apple, and spice.
